Telesales Executive

Our client are a leading, independently run software development company with a global presence and Head quarters based in Harrow.

They are looking for a Telesales Account Manager for the UK to start in September 2018.

Duties:

Cold Calling Potential Customers in the education and corporate sectors

Investigating Potential Customers’ needs for our software products

Sending Quotes via our CRM system (webCRM)

Qualified Appointment making for External Area Account Managers

Arranging Trials of Software and converting to sales

Arranging and carrying out Remote Demonstrations; E.G. via Skype/Go To Meeting

Meeting high activity targets (80 calls minimum per day)

Generating at least £11,000 of gross profit in each calendar month.

Maintaining customer data on our CRM system.

Sending literature, letters and emails informing customers about our products; inviting them to conferences and exhibitions

Ideally you will have:

2-3 years Outbound, Cold Calling , Telesales experience

Experience in appointment making, and arranging trials

Experience selling to Education sector

Experience selling Software

Advanced computer proficiency (inc. MS Office, and CRM software

Proof of recent sales achievements and a stable career record

Salary 23k-25k basic (depending on experience) – 40k-45k OTE

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
