Trade Counter Assistant required by Company in N,W.2 Must be experienced

and have experience in Hardware.

Monday to Saturday (50 hours a week).

Serving customers, dealing with any queries

Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor

Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store

Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating

with Customers and Colleagues

Other sales related duties

Must have:

Good Customer service and Communication skills

Good Command of the English language (written and spoken)

Excellent telephone manner

Previous experience in a similar industry/sector

Usual hours 7am – 4pm (Overtime available).   Working between Warehouse and Yard.

Reliable person with good spoken and written English to deal with documentation.
